A bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom with shower and bath en suite and a separate guest toilet. On the GROUND FLOOR there is a living room with TV SAT / TDT. A fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. Two bedrooms each with a double bed. A bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower en suite. (the access to this bedroom can be through another bedroom or external door to this bedroom.) There is also a bathroom with a bathtub.
EXTERNAL: A large and beautiful 10x5 rectangular pool with roman steps and outdoor shower. The villa has green areas, some of them with artificial grass. There is an outdoor kitchen consisting of a gas stove and a grill. There is also parking for 4 vehicles on the same property.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a very quiet area, ideal for relaxing during the holidays. It is only 2.3 km to the nearest beach and 2 km to the nearest supermarket. Calpe city center is 6.2 km away.
