Beautiful villa with private pool and stunning sea views in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 12 people, with six bedrooms and six bathrooms, on two floors.
INTERNAL: This spacious villa consists of the UPPER FLOOR, which consists of a living-dining room with SAT TV/TDT and access to the terrace with panoramic sea views. Three bedrooms each with a double bed. A bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with bath and shower en suite. It also has two more bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath. The GROUND FLOOR consists of a living-dining room with SAT TV/TDT, a pool table and access to a covered terrace with sea views. A fully equipped american kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and one bathroom en suite, one with a bath and the other with a shower. Lastly, there is a guest toilet.
EXTERNAL: There is a beautiful outdoor area with grass, a covered terrace overlooking the sea and the 10x5 pool with roman steps. There is a portable grill where you can enjoy outdoor meals and parking for two vehicles on the same property.
LOCATION: This villa is situated on the mountain in a fresh area, ideal for those hot summer days. The nearest sandy beach is 2.3 km away and the nearest supermarket is 3.4 km away. Calpe city center is reached in 4 km.
REMARKS: Free WiFi. Pets are not allowed. Youth groups are not allowed.
