Cozy holiday villa with private pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 18 people with nine bedrooms and five bathrooms on three floors.
INTERNAL: On the GROUND FLOOR of the villa there are two independent apartments, each consisting of an open plan kitchen and a living-dining room with SAT / TDT TV. With two bedrooms each, one with double bed and one with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower. In the FIRST FLOOR, which is accessible by external staircase, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and two bedrooms, each with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower (only one has a bathtub). In the SECOND FLOOR is the last bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
EXTERNAL: It has a plot with garden and 10x5.4 pool with roman steps, outdoor shower and a built-in barbecue. Covered parking on the property for 2 vehicles and outside for more vehicles.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a privileged urbanization area, due to its proximity to the center of Calpe 1 km, the nearest sandy beach 1.4 km and only 500 m from the supermarket and restaurants.
REMARKS: Free WiFi. Pets under 12 kg are allowed with an extra cost.
