Finally, there is a bathroom with shower.
EXTERNAL: Beautiful 8x4 rectangular pool with roman steps and outside shower. There is plenty of space to sunbathe and an ideal built-in barbecue for outdoor meals. On the same property there is parking for 3 vehicles. The property is completely closed.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a quiet area and close to the center of Calpe and the sandy beach. It is just 2.8 km to the nearest sandy beach and Calpe town center. The nearest supermarket is 1.8 km away.
