EXTERNAL: Large plot with a 8.5x4 pool with roman steps, outside shower and a covered barbecue area ideal for outdoor meals. The property is completely closed and can accommodate three vehicles.
LOCATION: This villa is located in a privileged area, thanks to the tranquility and proximity to the beach and all shops. It is just 1.1 km to the sandy beach and 700 m to the nearest supermarket and restaurants. The center of Calpe is reached in 4 km.
