The GROUND FLOOR consists of a spacious living room with air conditioning and access to the terrace and pool area. An open kitchen with gas stove. A large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower en suite. The UPPER FLOOR has a living-dining room with SAT TV/TDT, air conditioning and access to the terrace overlooking the sea and the Peñón de Ifach. An fully equipped open kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. A bedroom with two single beds. Two bedrooms each with a double bed and ceiling fan, one of them with a bathroom with shower en suite. In addition, there is a bathroom with a bathtub.
EXTERNAL: Large property with a 10x5 pool with roman steps and outdoor shower. There is a portable grill to enjoy outdoor meals. There is parking for three vehicles on the same property.
LOCATION: This villa is located in a pleasant area that offers tranquility and proximity to the beach and all shops. It is just 3 km to the nearest sandy beach and Calpe town center. Supermarkets and restaurants are 2 km away.
