EXTERNAL: The villa has a large, enclosed property with 8x4 pool with roman steps and an outdoor shower. There is also a portable grill for outdoor meals. Garage for up to 2 vehicles.
LOCATION: The proximity to the beaches and the town center of Calpe is worth mentioning. The nearest supermarket is just 1.1 km away, while the sandy beach and restaurants are just 1.7 km away
