Here you can enjoy panoramic views and sea views from the large pool. The villa has a total area of 370 sqm on 3 floors and an enclosed plot of approximately 1400 sqm size.

On the ground floor there is a garage for 2-3 cars from where you have access to the main floor, through an internal staircase (15 steps)

Main floor:Consists of a large living and dining room, which is decorated with great taste, with TV TDT / SAT and air conditioning: from here you have access to the garden and pool area. Large kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, flusher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen equipment: from here you have access to the covered terrace and pool. 1 bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet. 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Upper floor:(access via internal staircase with 16 stages), a large bedroom with double bed and dressing room and en-suite bathroom is with bathtub, washbasin and toilet. From here you have access to the solarium with sea views.

Outside:Large swimming pool with roman steps and stunning sea views and views of the Peñon de Ifach. Fully equipped summer kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator , kitchen equipment and air conditioning.

Over a short distance you can easily reach the center of Calpe (2,9 km), as well as de sandy beach (Playa de Levante 2.4 km) and a supermarket (Mercadona, 2 km)
