Only a short distance from the beach, calpe town with its lovely restaurants and from the main bus stop which we frequently used, very handy. Also the villa had lovely views of the calpe rock and its isolation from any streets made us feel safer.

Pleasant summer villa with private pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 16 persons, with eight bedrooms and four bathrooms on two floors.
INTERNAL: This villa consists of the GROUND FLOOR, which has a spacious living room with satellite / DTT TV, air conditioning and access to the dining room overlooking the pool. A large separate kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with two single beds and two bedrooms each with a double bed. A bathroom with bath and a guest toilet. The UPPER FLOOR, reached by an internal staircase, consists of a small living room with TV. One bedroom with two single beds and access to the balcony overlooking the pool. One bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bath and shower and access to the solarium. A bedroom with two single beds and access to the balcony. A bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with bath and finally a laundry room with washing machine.
EXTERNAL: A large terrace with 8x4 pool with roman steps and outdoor shower. There is also a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. On the same property there is a parking space for 5-6 vehicles.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a privileged area that offers tranquility and proximity to the beaches and all the services. The closest supermarket is just 850 meters away and the sandy beach and restaurants are just 1.4 km away.
REMARKS: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with an extra cost.
