A fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. There are four bedrooms, three with two single beds and one with a double bed. There are also two bathrooms with bath.
EXTERNAL: Large plot with an 8x4 pool with roman steps, surrounded by artificial grass to enjoy the sun. There is a portable grill where you can enjoy your outdoor meals. There is parking for two vehicles on the same property.
LOCATION: It is an ideal villa for those who want to dispense with the vehicle during the holiday. It is only 730 m to the sandy beach and all restaurants. The nearest supermarket and Moraira town center are 900 meters away.
REMARKS: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with an extra cost.
