At the main floor, there are 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and in the other 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower. The large kitchen is fully equipped and the living/dining room opens onto a covered terrace with panoramic sea views and the Peñon de Ifach. At the ground floor, at the swimming pool level, there is a bedroom with single beds and a bathroom en suite with shower. OUTDOOR: Access the villa through an automatic sliding door, where there is enough space to park our cars. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with palm trees and various other trees. We also will enjoy the covered dining area next to a masonry barbecue. The swimming pool (kidney shape) is surrounded by sun loungers and for the children safety, it is completely fenced. There are a washing machine and a frigde in a room next to the covered terrace. LOCATION: the property is ideally located in a quiet residential area of Moraira, at about 900m from the famous cove of “El Portet” and at 1,2km from the pleasant village of Moraira where we will enjoy the Mediterranean cooking in any of its restaurants.
