Villa Flamboyant is a fantastic 2-storey villa in the quiet urbanization of Riviera, just 3.5 km from the famous beach of Cala Canyelles.
The villa is a villa with a private pool, it has a spacious outdoor garden, fantastic views of the sea and a relaxation area with direct access from the living room.
The chalet consists of two floors with an internal staircase.
On the ground floor we find a room with a double bed, a complete bathroom, living room and dining room with access to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen.
Upper floor consists of 1 suite with double bed, 2 bedrooms with two single beds each, bathroom with shower and 1 bedroom with double bed.
The villa has a private swimming pool of 32 m² which is located at the back of the house and accessed via an external staircase.
The swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs and also a barbecue. It is the most special part of the house with fantastic views of the sea and very good privacy.
A few minutes by car you have the city center, restaurants, shops and nightlife.
Lloret de Mar is located south of the Costa Brava, 60 km from Barcelona, its municipal area is 47 km2, it has five main beaches with a total of 7 km of coastline. The EEC has awarded its beaches the Blue Flag, the distinction that guarantees an optimal condition, both in terms of the quality of water and sand and in terms of facilities.
