Magnifique villa a proximité de Lloret. Vue sur la mer et sur une belle hauteur. Voisins compréhensifs pour le bruit et la musique (groupe de 15 jeunes). Je recommande totalement la ville aux jeunes. Service professionnel et fiable.
PS: La caution est en liquide, ce qui était nouveau pour nous (avis aux français).

Your holiday villa close to Lloret de Mar
Fabulous villa Jordan is located in the quiet neighborhood of Serra Brava in the green hills beside the coastal road between Lloret de Mar (4 kilometres) and Tossa de Mar. Just 3 km away is a nearest beach situated in one of the most beautiful bay of Costa Brava — cala Canyelles- There you can find also 2 famous restaurants, tennis club and yacht club. Villa Jordan is 3 separated comfortable apartments inside of one big villa. Each apartment has separate entrance and own living room with kitchen — so it is an ideal variant for 2 and more families or big group of friends. As you enter the property you can find lovely terrace with barbecue. The apartment of the first floor has : living room with fire place and open plan equipped kitchen, dining room, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and bathroom with shower and bath. You can enjoy a nice seaview from this floor. On the ground floor you can find 2 other separate apartments. In one of them you can find : living room with open plan equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 tween bedroom, 1 bedroom without windows with 1 individual bed and bathroom with shower. Another apartment has : living room with equipped kitchen, 2 twins bedrooms ( one of them without windows) and bathroom with bath. Outside of the villa – garden with large swimming pool 4mx10m. You can park your car on the plot of the villa or outside on the street.
Just a few steps away there is a communal area of neighborhood of Serra Brava with tennis courts, minigolf, childrens'park and also small supermarket and wonderful restaurant with swimming pool and nice seaviews.
Barbecue only with charcoal. Barbecue with firewood is prohibited.
Surroundings of your holiday villa
Villa Jordan is situated between the seaside towns of Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar, which both have safe blue flag beaches. Tossa de Mar has a medieval town centre 'Villa Vella'; which still has its impressive medieval wall; which is illuminated in an evening. There are many good restaurants along the seafront and in the town. Lloret de Mar is known for it's lively day and nightlife and also has many shops. Within an hours drive north, you can visit Figueres and Cadaques, the birthplace and inspiration of Salvador Dali. An hour south is the Catalonia capital city of Barcelona, with its impressive Gaudi architecture and Museums. Barcelona has something for every taste. The shopping in Avenida Diagonal and Grand Via is unrivalled. For the more adventurous the Pyrenees are also within easy reach. Winter or Summer the stunning scenery, delightful unspoilt beaches and historic architecture and folklore will fascinate and enchant. We do hope you enjoy your stay at Jordan whether you relax by the pool or explore the area we hope you will share our enjoyment of this part of Catalonian Spain. Groups of youngsters need first to take contact with our reservation department!
