In the peaceful neighbourhood named Els Pinars just outside Lloret de Mar you will find this luxury villa with more then 400 m2 livingspace. You enter the villa by a central hallway. Devided over two floors You will find 6 spacious double or triple bedrooms, 3 luxurious bathrooms and enormous kitchen. In the well-equipped kitchen you will find a refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher and wash machine. The living room is also conveniently located on this floor. There are also 2 extra sofabeds in the villa so you can upgrade the villa till maximum 14 persons. From the comfortable living room with dining set you have a wonderful view over the Mediterranean. The villa has at the front side a terrace which also provide a splendid view over the sea. On the ground floor you will find a utilityroom/garage which offers lace for 2 cars. This villa is well suited for 2 or 3 families. Adjacent to the lovely pool (32 m2) is a terrace and recreation area with a built-in BBQ and terrace furniture. In short, a unique holiday spot! For some refreshment, just dive into the newly build pool! The poolarea is completely fenced so ideal for families with young children. The additional charge for the use of the airconditioning is 200 euro per week. The unique location 5 km from Lloret de Mar and 35 km to the lively centre of Girona. A holiday spot you will definitely enjoy! The historic town of Tossa de Mar at 15 km distance of the villa has an imposing city wall. Inside you will find the old town of Tossa, Villa Vella. This is one of the best examples of a medieval bastion that has been well kept. Seeing the city all lit up from the beach at night is a magnificent sight to see. This fishing village has many terraces and restaurants worth visiting. This villa has just been added to our website. Besides being well-known for it's day- and nightlife as well as it's shops, Lloret de Mar is well worth a visit. Don’t forget to visit the fishing village Blanes with it’s famous Botanical Gardens Marimutra. Here you will find more than 3000 species of plants from all over the world.
