Casa Colonial is a historical farmhouse that has been totally renovated by local artisans. It sits is the hills of the picturesque resort of Cala Vadella, in an expanse of woodland with an amazing, unspoilt sea view. This house, sleeping 10 people, offers a luxury style of living along with a peace and tranquillity that is hard to find in the modern day world. \r\n
The farmhouse is all one level and offers spacious rooms with traditional wooden beamed ceilings throughout. There is a large dining area with seating for 14 people. The lounge is extremely comfortable with an authentic fireplace surrounded by three sofas which extends to a huge kitchen where there is a breakfast bar and central preparation island. It is fully equipped with appliances that include two ovens, a big fridge/freezer and dishwasher. In the same area of the villa an underground room reveals itself to be, not only a games room with table tennis, but also a complete home cinema with projector, 3 x 2m screen and 10 comfortable armchairs.\r\n
At the other end of the house there are five bedrooms each with an en-suite shower or bathroom, two are double rooms and three have twin beds. The double rooms have luxurious four poster beds with canopy, and all bedrooms contain large fitted wardrobes. The bedrooms are all elegantly decorated and range in colour from midnight blue to cinnamon. The en-suite bathrooms have their own colour scheme to reflect each room\'s name. \r\n
The grounds of Casa Colonial offer numerous terraces and a large infinity pool for relaxation. The terraces are situated in a beautifully planted garden with soft, romantic lighting which enables the enjoyment of the evenings outside to go on into the early hours. \r\n
There is an old farm track that leads to the nearest beach, the walk will take approximately 20 minutes. \r\n
After a day on the beach, however, you may want to rush back to enjoy a perfect view of the unrivalled sunset over the sea which is characteristic of this part of Ibiza.\r\n
