Villa Bahia is a delightful ground floor town house situated approximately 20 metres to the beach at the end of the famous Pinewalk of Puerto Pollensa and near to the lovely Illa D’Or Hotel. The front terrace is partially shaded by a retractable awning, furnished with rocking chairs and comfy seating providing the perfect setting to relax in beautiful surroundings and scenery. There is a sea view from this part of the house. The bright air conditioned lounge dining room is decorated in a traditional style with the traditional Mallorcan plates, colourful art and other local ceramics. There is a flat screen TV with Satellite channels and a feature wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen is separated and it is equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A door from here leads to the rear terrace where the utility room is located. There is also a portable barbecue here at the rear of the house. The house has three bedrooms, one double and two twins. All the bedrooms have wardrobes, and two of them have air conditioning. There is one full bathroom and a further cloakroom outside. Villa Bahia is a lovely traditional town house villa close to the beach and ideal for families with children as the pine walk beach is just a stone’s throw away.
